Period underwear brand Proof introduces its newest innovation: a postpartum high-rise brief made of washable fabric, designed specifically for the changing bodies and needs of postpartum moms. Proof Postpartum Undies are real underwear with built-in leak protection that absorb moderate postpartum flow and discharge for up to 12 hours. With the launch of this postpartum underwear style, Proof continues its commitment to providing up to 100% leakproof protection to women all ages, so they can live life worry-free. Everything changes in the weeks after a woman gives birth: her sleep schedule, her hormones, and her responsibilities. And whether moms have had a vaginal birth or a C-section, they’ll be healing and leaking while doing it all. “We’re excited to launch Proof Postpartum and to provide women a great option for leak protection after they give birth. At Proof, we’re focused on designing leakproof reusable underwear that is not only expertly constructed by women, for women, but is stylish and comfortable too. This underwear gives mom the peace of mind to adapt to her new life with baby and help make her feel more like herself as she makes that transition,” says Amy Roe, Proof Brand vice president. Proof Postpartum Undies were created for what moms really want – comfort. Each design detail was meticulously selected by Proof’s all-women team of product designers to ensure this style was designed for the needs of postpartum women, whether delivered naturally or via c-section. These choices include a tapered silhouette to allow for a comfy fit, extra coverage with a slightly higher rise, and a soft elastic waistband to hold the underwear in place. New moms don’t have time for postpartum leaks or mess; they can count on Proof’s absorbent Leak-Loc Layer technology. Designed with breathable, soft fabric that will stretch and recover, so as her body changes, she will always feel secure. All Proof undies are machine washable and dryer friendly, which means they can be simply washed with the rest of the delicate laundry and be worn again and again. Proof Postpartum Underwear will be available in four sizes, small through x-large, sold in the Baby & Mom Care aisle in Target stores and on Target.com, retailing for $29.99 per pair.
